New CEU/PDA Requirements
Beginning January 1, 2012, students seeking CEU/PDA will be required by Institute of Chinese Herbology (ICH) to complete a program worksheet and along with our current end-of-course assessment. The program worksheet is a document that provides students with a method to identify and list major topics of the course and serves as documentation for ICH that the student has completed the program course work. The completed program worksheet is submitted to the ICH before the end-of-course assessment is given to the student.
The end-of-course assessment (quiz) tests the students' knowledge gained from a distance learning program. ICH will deliver the assessment (quiz) to the student after we have received the program worksheet verifying all course work has been completed and the student is ready to test. Students must pass this assessment with a score of 70% or better for CEU/PDA hour to be issued.
